Training at this level requires maturity and dedication from the client and a desire to achieve the highest level of performance in your sport. In this scenario your personal trainer becomes an integral part of your support team. I work closely with coaches, doctors and other team staff to ensure your goals are being most effectively met. In addition to training sessions to build strength, speed and agility, nutritional counseling and sports psychology services are provided.
